1. About SEBIV

SEBIV is an independent limited-drop brand. All products and content are created and controlled by the SEBIV founder. For any questions, contact sebivmgmt@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, make a purchase, or submit content to the community section. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Purchases

All SEBIV products are part of limited releases. By purchasing you agree to the following:

• All sales are final unless the item is unworn and in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing sebivmgmt@gmail.com
• Items must be returned in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund
• SEBIV reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer
• Once a drop sells out, SEBIV makes no guarantee it will return

4. Pricing

SEBIV reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. SEBIV is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer. Once an order is handed to a carrier, SEBIV has no control over delivery timelines.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban from all future SEBIV purchases and drops. We take fraud seriously and will contest all illegitimate disputes with full documentation.

7. Community Submissions

By submitting content to SEBIV you confirm:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You own the content or have full legal rights to submit it
• The content does not violate any laws, copyrights, or third-party rights
• The content does not contain illegal, harmful, or explicit material

By submitting, you grant SEBIV a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, share, and distribute your content across SEBIV's website and social media channels. Your Instagram handle may be displayed alongside your content.

Submissions are not compensated. Submitting does not guarantee your content will be featured. SEBIV reserves the right to remove any content at any time for any reason.

If you wish to withdraw your submission after it has been featured, email sebivmgmt@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it.

8. Intellectual Property

All SEBIV branding, logos, artwork, website design, and content are the intellectual property of SEBIV and its founder. The SEBIV name and logo are trademarked. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any SEBIV intellectual property without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SEBIV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Right to Refuse Service

SEBIV reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

SEBIV may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.
